In our desert climate, time is critical—quickly cooling produce after harvest helps preserve quality and reduce waste. We are raising $10,000 to build a portable pre-cooling system that will extend the life of fresh produce and allow us to serve even more neighbors in need.
This investment ensures that every harvest is preserved, shared, and put to its fullest use.
